Our Women's and Kid's classes are still Reality Based but geared towards their specific environment and needs. Women will learn a toned down mix of Kung Fu & Commando Krav Maga that focuses on the scenarios they are most likely to encounter. Kid's
will learn not only skills that can help them in the real word, but
also respect, discipline, teamwork and more. We want the next generation
of Martial Artists to learn to help others, help themselves.
We also
offer Seminars from time to time that focus on a specific topic like
knife or gun defense, women's defense, boot camps and more. Keep a look
