DON'T LET YOURSELF BECOME A STATISTIC!
**Join with a Friend and you each get $50 OFF!!
A Woman's ability to defend herself is a very important and
empowering skill. At McHenry Martial Arts we realize this, and
specialize in teaching women Self-Defense skills that work. Our courses
not only show you the skills, we have you use them in real life
simulated situations against Male and Female attackers so you know what
you're learning is actually working. We want you to feel more confident
and aware when you leave our facility, and to understand the principles
and inter workings of defending yourself even from a larger attacker.
Women’s CKM, or SMARTSAFE, is an evolved and effective system that
reinvents and revolutionizes self- protection for
women. A fusion of awareness, prevention, and
physical self-protection techniques, this system
offers all women an easy and fun way to
exponentially improve their personal security and to
better protect their children. Women’s CKM, Or SMARTSAFE, is a
reality based system that has been designed to be
specific and relevant to women’s individual daily
lives.
Each level is a 10 week course, so there are no long commitments to join.
Why WCKM?
Moni, the creator of Commando krav Maga,
developed WCKM, or SMARTSAFE, a comprehensive branch of the CKM system, to meet
the specific self-protection needs of women worldwide!
What really makes this program different is it's ability to teach women not only self-defense techniques, but to change their whole way of thinking. This makes you more alert to what is going on around you and less likely to be a target of attack.
The curriculum is innovative and revolutionary. It takes a whole different approach to teaching women than your average martial arts program.
Each class women learn not only defense techniques, but also skills that are specific to the technique they are learning. They test their skills in the classroom by being put into scenarios where the techniques can be use full, so that they can mentally be prepared to use them in the street, and also are given visual and mental homework to put what they are learning to the test out in their daily lives.
Just like regular Commando Krav Maga they will get to test their skills with more than one attacker once they are more comfortable.

TIP- Don't let someone who makes you feel uncomfortable or who you think
is a threat guilt you into feeling obligated to pay attention to them or
let them force their way into helping you with something you've already
told them you don't need help with. This is one way women fall victim
to strangers. |
